Returns and return addresses are based on your purchase location. Please contact us any returns, or problems with your Kangen Water Machine before shipping back! There is a factory warranty on all items. A specific return address will be provided to you upon request.

Please review the product label prior to opening products. You may return unused items purchased from thebestdrinkingwater.com that are damaged within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

Step 1: Contact Customer Service at admin@thebestdrinkingwater.com or call (503)-421-4139.

Step 2: Safely package and return your items in sturdy packaging. Products must be received unopened and in new condition. Package items tightly and securely as we need to receive them in new condition. We are not responsible for breakage or damage during shipment of returned items.

Step 3: Enclose the products and a copy of the order/receipt in the package.

Step 4: Seal the package securely and return to the address that we give you. Please contact us first before shipping anything.

Damaged Items

We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands – products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
